All the systems we offer come under the generic heading “Kung Fu” – the direct translation of this term is “mastery or skill attained through informed perseverance and committed, sustained practice over a long period”. We will accept only those who we believe will recognize the value of the systems we offer and who will apply themselves to achieving a decent level of skill in the system of their choice. To accept anyone other than such a person would be a waste of our time and efforts.

Should the Instructor / Institute representative consider the prospective student suitable, then he/she may join the Institute and attend classes for a trial period of three months.

At the completion of this trial period a meeting will be held between the Instructor / Institute representative and the student to discuss and consider a deepening of the relationship between the student and the Institute. Depending on the outcome of this meeting, the student will either leave the school or prepare to partake in the “Welcoming Ceremony”, a traditional ceremony wherein the student is welcomed into the “Kung Fu Family”.

After completion of the ceremony (Pai Shih), the student is then eligible to receive the higher principles and processes of the system when appropriate and all in the fullness of time.

The Systems We Offer to You Are Based on The Following Philosophical Statement:

There is an intelligent energy from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.

This intelligent energy has a vibrational quality, the interplay of Yin and Yang, and according to the law of physics, influences and is influenced by all other energy forms.

This intelligent energy has a single, clearly defined purpose - which purpose being to increase life.
Since this energy is life, we may say that energy (life) exists to serve and to increase itself.

The defining characteristic of life's desire to serve itself is that of abundance.

We who walk on the face of this planet are increased by this energy only to the degree that we are in harmony with the flow of this energy (life's flow).

If we are not in harmony with life's flow we express the opposite of life's purpose, and we are decreased.

We begin to manifest the character of lack, expressed as poverty - poverty of spirit, of our physical, mental, emotional and material selves.

We are either for life or against life - there is no middle ground. It is our life's purpose then to step into the flow of life - to be made more, and to join with life as a co-creator of life - only then does exist between life and ourselves that relationship which honours life's purpose.

Life is honoured, and we are honoured.
We and life (the universe) are one.
